INSAN HR Management System started as a proprietary application within INSIGHT Business Solutions in 2007. The system has a history dating back to the 1990s, when one of the founding members independently developed an HR System.
The decision to transition INSAN into a world-class cloud solution came in response to the increased demand for cloud-based business solutions post-COVID-19. This transition included a redesign of the business model and the incorporation of a network of dedicated partners and HR consultants.
By 2023, INSAN had become an independent entity, emphasizing continuous application development, enhanced features and modules, a redesigned customer interface, and outsourcing HR consulting to seasoned experts.
INSAN is currently hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud, a deliberate choice aimed at distinguishing the platform within the industry. The decision underscores a commitment to security, streamlined system access, sustainable growth, and professionalism.
The INSAN HR Cloud portfolio is divided into 11 dedicated Hubs. Under INSAN Core there are the Compensation, Workforce DNA, Time & Attendance, and INSAN Connect Hubs. Under INSAN HR 360 there are the Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Appraisal, Efficiency, Wellbeing, Sustainability and Lens Hubs.
INSAN has a client base spanning the Middle East and Africa (North and East), positioning itself as a robust HR management solution provider in the region.
