Managing Zain Jordan Social Media, and serving before as the digital media director for the Jordanian government, Khaled El Ahmad is currently providing consulting and training for public, private and non-profit brands across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region.

He was listed as one of the top 100 Most Influential Arabs on Twitter, in 2012. In 2014, he won the #KloutHero vote and received an Award as the "Top Social Media Trainer in the Middle East" in 2015.

ElAhmad was one of the founders of Amman Tech Tuesday Monthly Tech conference in 2009 and
co-Founded Top100Arabs.com in 2012, listing the top social media influencers in the Arab World. Some of the well-known viral hashtags he created are #Top50JO and #ReformJO. ElAhmad also created jordanblogs.com; a Jordanian blog aggregator.
